Analogy - Friendship & Hollow Sphere

If our friendship is meant to be a hollow sphere..Why am I feeling someone is drilling a hole from the other side while I am trying to do fillings on the crack at my side?

Drilling is always way much easier than filling, please be considerate to those who are putting hard effort to keep the sphere in shape..
